If you have a taste for real models and the budget to afford them then you will pleased to hear that an ultra exclusive new agency has opened which is offering VIP services and top quality models.  On their website at rigaangels.com you can get information about prices but the profiles are fake (our initial reports indicate that the quality of the actual girls is extremely high however!).  Their prices are quite high but if you have high class tastes then we have heard that you will get a VIP experience that is worth the money.  They also can make VIP arrangements like limousines, VIP tables at all the best clubs, professional security, private yachts, private parties etc.  As we have said they are not cheap and they do not offer one hour packages (they offer 6 hours only).  Additionally they require advance notice for reservations and screen their customers for suitability for their services.  This is not a service that is for everyone but if you have the budget and a taste for a “high society” type of good time then this is the agency for you.  They are a new agency but the reports we have had so far indicate they are offering something special.

If you read our previous post about the sad demise of the escort business in Riga then you already know that the best option still available in Riga for an intimate good time with a sexy Riga girl is a full body erotic massage.  There are lots of erotic massage salons in Riga and just like anything else the quality ranges from extremely good to mediocre to a complete rip off.

The good Riga massage salons have a stylish waiting area, comfortable and clean massage rooms with private showers.  They typically feature 3-7 sexy Riga girls to chose from.  In general the quality level of the girls is very high (at the good salons) and the the service provided is quite spectacular.  The full body massage lasts the full hour and you leave after the hour feeling incredibly relaxed and completely satisfied.  Unlike a typical Riga escort experience which tends to vary from horrible to just tedious, a Riga erotic massage done correctly is a truly enjoyable experience and a very good bargain for the money.  It is the one activity we can wholeheartedly recommended when in Riga.  You owe it to yourself to check it out at least once on your trip.

There are a number of very good Riga massage salons.  The one we recommend the most is rigavipmassage.com.  It has good prices (45 LVL or 65 EUR) and the service is consistently good and friendly.  They have a very good selection of beautiful Latvian girls (which can be seen on their website) and we have not had any negative reports about them (they are also a sponsor of the Riga Escorts Net).  They also are located very conveniently just two blocks from Old Town Riga and very near the Freedom Monument.  Other salons which we have good reports about are bikini.lv and ecstasy.lv (the girls in the profiles are fake but they have nice salons and a good selection of girls on average).

(Update as of October 2009!) Unfortunately the already terrible state of escort service in Riga has taken a turn for the worse as changes in the law have driven all of the good agencies out of business leaving only rip off artists, scammers and the occasional independent in business.  Rigavipescorts.com is now selling erotic massages only and escorts-latvia.com is now a companion service that includes no “special” services.  Basically at this point in Riga it is either an erotic massage or risk being ripped off by criminals and scammers working the streets and illegal underground brothels.

(This is old information. Please see the update above!) There are a few Riga escort agencies that operate like typical western escort agencies. They are usually more expensive then the “independent” escorts but the quality level is usually higher as well. They have English speaking staff who answer the phone and they are much more likely to try and accommodate your requests. While their quality is higher it is still variable. The two most well known are escorts-latvia.com and rigavipescorts.com. Unfortunately on both of these sites the girls pictured in the profiles are not the girls that are actually available (This is based on reports that we have received but see the comments for more info). Escorts-latvia.com is English owned and they are generally pretty friendly and helpful. They are usually available and have some girls working. Unfortunately their prices are on the high side (250 EUR for two hours) and their girls are usually somewhat mediocre (although not terrible). Rigavipescorts.com also has friendly service but their prices are even higher than Escorts-latvia.com (150 EUR for one hour or 275 EUR for two). Their girls are also not the ones shown on the website but their quality level is usually pretty high. Both are decent choices but they will cost you. Escorts-latvia.com is easy to reach and usually has something available. Rigavpescorts.com has higher quality girls but at a premium price and they are not always available.

In general dealing with these agencies will keep you from getting ripped off and you are likely to get a decent girl out of the deal. They are more expensive then the “independent” escorts though so it depends on your budget as well.

There are a large number of Riga escort websites which post advertisement profiles of “independent” Riga escorts.  They usually feature a few photos, some information about the girl (age, measurements etc.) and the services she provides.  Some of these sites include intimservis.lv, intimmeitene.lv, rigaescorts.com, ladylux.lv, sexylady.lv, escortservice.lv, ladies.lv, exclusivescort.com and sm.lv.

All of these sites are similar in the sense that they accept advertisements from “independent” Riga escorts and provide a phone number to contact the girl directly. Unfortunately in general all the phone numbers go to any one of a number of illegal brothels in Riga. The photo and profile attached to the number most likely bear no relation to what girls are available at any given time. Our experience with these sites has shown the the quality of what you receive will range from very poor to very good. It is usually a very “hit or miss” type of proposition. Many of the photos used in the advertisements are fake or else the girl in the photo is unavailable. Often a girl will show up who is not acceptable and then will demand some amount of money (usually 20 LVL) to go away. Additionally it is often difficult to transact business in English and the price is always higher for “touristas.” The price for these girls is usually around 60 LVL per hour. It may be possible to negotiate a cheaper deal but it is not advisable to pay more as increasing the price is unlikely to effect the quality of the girl you are sent. Typically you get sent whoever is available regardless of what you are paying.

Despite the pitfalls it is possible to get a good girl using these sites. It typically takes a lot of trial and error to find a good Riga escort on these sites but it can be done. Unfortunately when you do get lucky and find a good girl you cannot count on being able to reach her again unless you get her real phone number from her. In most cases all the phone numbers on these sites lead to brothels or “managers.”
