Unfortunately the already terrible state of escort service in Riga has taken a turn for the worse as changes in the law have driven all of the good agencies out of business leaving only rip off artists, scammers and the occasional independent in business. Rigavipescorts.com is now selling erotic massages only and escorts-latvia.com is now a companion service that includes no “special” services. Basically at this point in Riga it is either an erotic massage or risk being ripped off by criminals and scammers working the streets and illegal underground brothels.
(This is old information. Please see the update above!) There are a few Riga escort agencies that operate like typical western escort agencies. They are usually more expensive then the “independent” escorts but the quality level is usually higher as well. They have English speaking staff who answer the phone and they are much more likely to try and accommodate your requests. While their quality is higher it is still variable. The two most well known are escorts-latvia.com and rigavipescorts.com. Unfortunately on both of these sites the girls pictured in the profiles are not the girls that are actually available (This is based on reports that we have received but see the comments for more info). Escorts-latvia.com is English owned and they are generally pretty friendly and helpful. They are usually available and have some girls working. Unfortunately their prices are on the high side (250 EUR for two hours) and their girls are usually somewhat mediocre (although not terrible). Rigavipescorts.com also has friendly service but their prices are even higher than Escorts-latvia.com (150 EUR for one hour or 275 EUR for two). Their girls are also not the ones shown on the website but their quality level is usually pretty high. Both are decent choices but they will cost you. Escorts-latvia.com is easy to reach and usually has something available. Rigavpescorts.com has higher quality girls but at a premium price and they are not always available.
In general dealing with these agencies will keep you from getting ripped off and you are likely to get a decent girl out of the deal. They are more expensive then the “independent” escorts though so it depends on your budget as well.

The most important question (IMHO) remains unanswered. Does Escorts Latvia offer “special” services or not? If I book one of your girls for overnight, will I pay 500 eur for conversation and dinner company or will I get a real intimate physical girlfriend experience. I.e. is sex included?
Escort Latvia was a real disappointment. First, they were supposed to send one girl that never showed up. Supposedly, she was new and bailed out. They offered to send another girl which they had on their web page, which truly looked quite horrible to my mind and I definitely did not want to get. I asked for a b cup size girl who looked nice and slim, but at the end of the day, they still sent me the girl they had suggested to me. And believe me, she looked even worse in real life than on the pictures, not to mention the smell of alcohol which she claimed was from the party the day before. She was also overweight with some 10 kg and had at least cup size D.
